Report any issues within the warrranty of receiving the account. After this period, requests for assistance, replacements, or refunds will not be honored.

3. Account Types and Usage

We offer two types of accounts:

Cracked Accounts (Limited Access -> NFA ): These accounts provide restricted features. Avoid making changes to account details to ensure they remain functional.

Full Access (FA) Accounts: These accounts allow you to fully control the login details. It is your responsibility to secure the account immediately upon delivery by updating its credentials.

Policy on Refunds/Replacements: No replacements or refunds after warranty will be provided

4. Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement: Proof of an issue is required to request a replacement.

Required Evidence:

Submit a full, uninterrupted screen recording that shows the order placement, delivery process, and account verification.

Verify account details directly on the official service website while recording the process.

No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Incorrect Payments: If an incorrect payment amount is sent, you will receive products proportional to the payment. Transaction fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Mass Account Revocations

Non-Liability: We are not responsible for the revocation of accounts during platform-wide suspension events.

Proof Provided:

Screenshots of accounts losing access.

Receipts confirming premium purchase for affected accounts.

Relevant correspondence from platform support teams when available.

If you dispute our evidence, we recommend refraining from further purchases.

6. Service Interruptions

We are not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party actions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

No compensation will be provided for service downtimes, platform shutdowns, or similar issues.

7. Terms Updates

We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Violations of any terms may result in a permanent ban from our services.

8. Disclaimer

All products are intended for educational and legitimate purposes only.

The buyer assumes all responsibility for any misuse of purchased items.

We disclaim liability for actions taken by buyers that breach laws or platform policies.
